At GT Employment Services Ltd we offer both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions. Temporary placements are designed to add flexibility to today’s demanding business world. Temporary placements are often used to assess an employee’s abilities and performance prior to hiring. On the other hand candidates are seeking temporary work in order to gain experience and progress further in the future.
The duration of a temporary placement may vary from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on the clients needs.
Permanent placements have a minimum of 1 or more years in duration. This service is designed to find the most appropriate staff that fit our clients needs.
